Serving a variety of dishes from burritos, to tacos, to quesadillas, and bowls! All items can be built custom with the  proteins, vegetables, and toppings available that meal period.

Base offerings at this station are made without gluten (rice, beans, beef, chicken, veggies, cheese, lettuce, salsa, guac, etc.), along with Gluten Free wraps and corn hard shells. Vegan Beyond beef and vegan cheese are available and prepared in separate cooking equipment.

When looking for vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options, be sure to look for the appropriate icons: V for vegetarian, VG for vegan, and NGI for no gluten ingredients. Menu boards are updated daily to display vegan and gluten-free items and meals. Always let your server know if you have any dietary restrictions so they can help customize your experience and keep your food safe.
