We take pride in sourcing wholesome ingredients, preparing recipes accurately and providing nutritional analysis and ingredient statements through our online menus and nutrition calculator. We are all passionate about serving students. From general manager to front line servers, we work diligently to address students’ specific needs, especially those with food allergies, Celiac disease, or special diet needs.

A team approach led by you, our educated consumer, is the best preparation for a safe school year free of allergic reactions. We want to meet one-on-one with all of our customers who have individual dining needs to ensure that your dining experience is safe, delicious, and social. Allergen Free Dining Options

Dine SNHU understands that in order to maximize students' dining experience, there must be a variety of options for all students, regardless of any dietary restrictions they may have.

Below you will find some of the available options to students for a variety of dietary accommodations.  In addition to using these platforms that are already available, students are also encouraged to meet with Registered Dietitian, Kristen Chulada, to ensure their dining needs are being met.

Simple Servings
Simple Servings provides fresh meals prepared with minimal processed ingredients.  Simple Servings is open to all students, so those with food allergies or other dietary concerns are not singled out.  All foods offered at the Simple Serving Station are prepared exclusively with ingredients which do not contain the following foods:  milk, eggs, wheat, soy, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts and also eliminates gluten-containing ingredients.  The lunch and dinner menus change daily and include a variety of protein options and vegetarian dishes.  Our kitchen prepares many other foods with gluten and all of the listed allergens.  Simple Servings staff members are carefully trained to avoid cross-contamination of their menu items.  Separate equipment, storage areas, utensils and preparation areas minimize, but do not totally eliminate, the chances of gluten and allergens in our Simple Servings foods.

My Zone

My Zone is a gluten, peanut and tree nut free "pantry" where food items needed by customers with Celiac Disease or food allergies can be housed with precautions against cross-contamination.  This special area gives students the ability to be involved in their own allergen safe meal preparation.  Examples of products available in My Zone include gluten-free bread, wraps, and desserts, gluten, peanut and tree-nut free pre-made entrees, lactose free milk, other milk alternatives, individual packets of butter, cream cheese and jelly.

Simple ServingsSimple Servings is our allergen-safe, dining option for our customers with food allergies, gluten intolerance, or those who prefer plain and simple foods. The Simple Servings station offers food free from common allergens: peanuts, tree nuts, shellfish, wheat, soy, milk products, and eggs.  All foods offered are also free from gluten-containing ingredients. Simple Servings staff members are carefully trained to avoid cross-contact with food allergens. Separate equipment, storage areas, utensils and preparation areas minimize, but do not totally eliminate, the chances of gluten and allergens in our Simple Servings foods.
